Nationality Be a citizen of India.
Additional Qualification (Junior Typist) Minimum speed of 40 words in typewriting per minute in English through Computer.
Additional Qualification (Stenographer Grade-III) Minimum speed of 80 words in shorthand and 40 words in typewriting per minute in English through Computer.
Other Conditions
  • Be of good character, sound health, good physique, and free from organic defects or bodily infirmity.
  • Not have more than one spouse living, if married.
  • Government Servants (temporary or permanent) are eligible if they possess requisite qualifications and produce a "No Objection Certificate" from their Heads of Office.
  • For Driver: Good mental condition and bodily health, free from any physical defect, and no criminal proceeding pending.
