Eligibility Criteria
Indian Nationals are eligible to apply for this fellowship.
Educational QualificationCandidates must possess one of the following qualifications:
- A Graduate Degree in a Professional course (B.E/B.Tech) in Electronics/EI/ECE/ET/EEE Engineering with first division and a valid NET/GATE qualification.
- OR A Post Graduate Degree (M.Sc.) in Electronics with First Division and NET qualification.
- OR A Post Graduate Degree in a Professional course (M.E./M.Tech) in Electronics or Power Electronics or Electrical Engineering with First Division at both graduate and post-graduate levels.
The age of the candidate should not exceed 28 years as of the interview date.
Age Relaxation:
- Up to 5 years for SC/ST/PH candidates.
- Up to 3 years for OBC candidates.
Candidates claiming age relaxation must produce their original Caste Certificate or Medical Certificate issued by the competent authority/Govt. Hospital/Medical Board.
Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a stipend of Rs. 37,000/- per month. Additionally, House Rent Allowance (HRA) will be provided as per government rules.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be based on their performance in a walk-in interview. Candidates are required to report at the venue on the specified date and time with all necessary documents.
The selection panel's validity will be for one year from the date of the interview.

Eligible and qualified Indian Nationals can directly walk in for the interview.

- A complete Bio-Data with a recent passport-size photograph affixed on the top right corner of the first page.
- Original certificates for verification (Degree/Academic qualification certificates, Mark Lists, Experience Certificates, etc.).
- One set of photocopies of all the above-mentioned documents.
- Candidates working in Government/Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies must bring a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer.
No Travel Allowance (TA) will be paid for attending the interview.
