- Candidates with post-graduation degrees are not eligible.
- Candidates who completed their essential qualification through regular mode only are eligible.
- Candidates who have one year or more of training or job experience after acquiring their essential qualification are not eligible.

- Technician Apprentice (Diploma): Diploma in Civil Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Cinematography Engineering, or Automobile Engineering.
