Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the specified age, qualification, and experience requirements. The cut-off date for determining age, qualification, and experience is the last date for online application submission.

The maximum age limit for applicants is 45 years. Specific residual service requirements apply for internal candidates:

• Internal Candidates: Minimum 45 years, with 2 years residual service as on the date of vacancy with respect to the date of superannuation.
• Others: Minimum 45 years, with 3 years residual service as on the date of vacancy with respect to the date of superannuation.

The age of superannuation is 60 years.

For Executive Director (Operations & Technical):

• Must be a Graduate in Engineering with a good academic record from a recognized university or institution.
• Alternatively, should possess a Certificate of Competency as Master (FG) / Dredge Master Grade-I / MEO Class-I / Dredge Engineer Grade-I.
• A management degree from a reputed institution is an added advantage.

For Executive Director (Finance):

• Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA).
• A management degree from a reputed institution is an added advantage.

Common for both posts:

• Minimum of 25 years of post-qualification experience.
• For candidates from the private sector, out of 25 years, 5 years of experience as the Head of the Department, reporting to Director/MD/CEO of the company. The candidate should have an annual salary of Rs.45 lakhs or above.
• For candidates working in PSEs/Govt Sector/Autonomous body: Must be working in E-7 grade or its equivalent grade in IDA scale, with a minimum of 4 years of working experience in that grade.
• Candidates from the private sector should have worked in the preceding three years as on the date of advertisement in organizations listed on the Stock Exchange with a minimum turnover of Rs.500 Cr per annum.
• The applicant must be employed in a regular capacity, not contractual/ad-hoc, on the date of application and interview.
• Strong expertise in Finance for the Finance post and sound Operations and Technical knowledge for the Operations & Technical post is required.
• Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in Project Management.
• Experience in Shipping, Ports, and Dredging sectors will be considered.

For Internal Candidates:

• Should have at least 20 years of post-qualification experience.

Salary / Pay Scale

The pay scale for the post is Rs. 1,20,000 - 2,80,000. Selected candidates will receive five additional increments on the minimum basic pay, bringing it to Rs. 1,39,130/-. In addition to basic pay, candidates will be eligible for HRA, DA, perks and allowances, leased accommodation, company vehicle, medical benefits, and superannuation benefits as per company rules.

The total Cost to Company (CTC) at the minimum of the scale is estimated to be between Rs. 50 Lakh to Rs. 55 Lakh per annum.
