- Medical Facilities: Executives will be provided self medical insurance coverage. Employees have to take on their own a self-medical insurance from the Insurance Company and will be entitled for reimbursement of maximum premium of Rs. 3000/- per annum.
- Gratuity: As admissible.
- Annual Increment: An annual increment of 3% shall be admissible on completion of each year of service subject to satisfactory performance.
- Contract Period: Initially for one year and further extendable up to three years, subject to satisfactory performance and organizational requirements.
