To ensure a smooth application and interview process, candidates must pay close attention to these important instructions:

• Read the Full Notification: Always read the entire official notification thoroughly before proceeding. It contains all the detailed terms and conditions.
• Verify Eligibility: Double-check all eligibility criteria, including educational qualifications, experience, and age limit, against your own credentials before attending the walk-in.
• Contractual Engagement: Understand that these are purely contractual engagements for one year (extendable up to three years). There is no claim for regular absorption into ESIC services.
• No Private Practice: Selected candidates will not be allowed to engage in any private practice during their contractual tenure.
• Bring All Documents: Carry all original documents along with a complete set of self-attested photocopies for verification and submission.
• Application Format: Ensure your application is filled in the prescribed format only, as provided in the official notification.
• Demand Draft Ready: If applicable, have your Demand Draft prepared correctly and ready to submit.
• Adhere to Timings: Report strictly within the specified reporting time for Document Verification (by 09:00 AM on 29.07.2026) and for the Personal Interview.
• No Canvassing: Any attempt to influence the selection process through canvassing will lead to immediate disqualification.
• Keep Copies: Retain copies of your filled application form, Demand Draft, and any other submitted documents for your own record.
