How to Apply

Follow these step-by-step instructions to successfully apply for the ESIC Super Specialist, Specialist, and Senior Resident positions through the walk-in interview process. Ensure all required documents and fees are prepared.

1. Candidates must download the application proforma (Annexure 1) from the official ESIC website.
2. Fill the application form completely and accurately in capital letters, mentioning Advertisement No. 06/2026 and the Speciality/Post applied for.
3. Affix one recent passport size photograph on the application form.
4. Prepare all original documents, including caste certificate (if applicable), along with one set of self-attested Xerox copies of all original documents.
5. Carry two recent passport size photographs (one affixed on the application).
6. Obtain a Demand Draft for the requisite application fee (Rs. 250/- for General, EWS & OBC; Rs. 50/- for SC/ST; PWD/Female exempted) drawn in favour of "Employees' State Insurance Fund – Account No 1" payable at Kollam.
7. Attend the Walk-in Interview on 14 July 2026 (Tuesday) at ESIC Model and Super Specialty Hospital, Asramam, Kollam, Kerala - 691 002.
8. Report at 09.00 AM near the Medical Superintendent's Room for registration, which will be open from 09.00 AM to 10.00 AM.
9. Candidates working in Central/State government institutions must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their concerned authority and submit it in due course.
10. Selected candidates for Senior Resident posts will need to submit a security deposit of Rs 15000/- as DD in favour of ESIC Account No 2 payable at Kollam at the time of joining, refundable after successful completion of contract.
