How to Apply

Follow these step-by-step instructions to successfully apply for the ESIC Teaching Faculty walk-in-interview, ensuring all required documents are submitted.

1. Prepare all testimonials in original and one self-attested copy, including Age Proof, MBBS Certificate, PG Degree/Diploma Certificate, MCI/SMC Registration Certificate, M.Sc Certificate (if applicable) with PhD degree, BCME & BCBR Certificate (wherever necessary), two recent passport size photographs, Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC) & I&A Certificate (for EWS candidates), PWD Certificate (if applicable), Experience Certificate (wherever applicable), and No Objection Certificate from present employer (if applicable).
2. Fill the Common Application Form for Walk-in-Interview (available in the notification).
3. Candidates can send their self-attested dossiers via email to As per official notification.
4. Alternatively, candidates are allowed to come for the Interview with all relevant documents without any prior application.
5. Attend the Document Verification at the Venue of Interview on 10 Jul 2026 between 09:00 am to 09:30 am. Only candidates whose documents are verified will be allowed to attend the interview.
6. Appear for the Walk-in-Interview on 10 Jul 2026 (Friday) for all the posts & departments at the Chamber of the Dean, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Beltola, Guwahati-781022.
7. If selected, candidates will have to furnish a Demand Draft/Bankers Cheque for an amount of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) drawn in favour of "ESI Fund Account No. 1" payable at Guwahati, towards security deposit.
