Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following educational and experience requirements to be eligible for the BDO post:
Educational Qualification- Postgraduate in Marketing/Finance.
- MBA with specialization in Finance or Marketing is preferred.
- Postgraduation must be a minimum of a 2-year full-time duration from a recognized University/Institution.
- Minimum 55% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA in both Graduation and Post-Graduation.
- Minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience should be in Banks, Financial Institutions, or Upper Layer NBFCs.
- The experience should be in areas like marketing of products and services for Corporate Loans Syndication, Corporate Credit, etc.
The candidate should not be more than 35 years of age as on August 31, 2026.
Compensation
The compensation offered for the Business Development Officer position is Rs. 14.68 lakh per annum. This includes fixed and variable components in a ratio of 80:20. Annual increments are provided for the first two years of work experience. The compensation may increase based on the Bank's pay matrix for candidates with more work experience.
Selection Process
Exim Bank will shortlist eligible candidates for a personal interview. The interview will be conducted at the Bank's office in Mumbai or New Delhi. Only shortlisted candidates will be informed about the interview details.
