Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (CS/IT) or MCA from a recognized University/Institute.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
• Age Limit: Not more than 50 years.

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification relevant experience in marketing, sales, business development, or commercial functions. Experience in defence production or defence marketing will be preferred.
• Age Limit: Not more than 50 years.

• Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from ICAI with valid membership.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in finance-related areas. Experience in manufacturing companies will be preferred.
• Age Limit: Not more than 50 years.

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (CS/IT) or MCA with minimum 5 years relevant experience. OR Diploma in Engineering (CS/IT) or BCA with minimum 7 years relevant experience.
• Age Limit: Not more than 50 years.

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with minimum 3 years relevant experience. OR Diploma in Engineering with minimum 5 years relevant experience. MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Materials Management, or Operations Management will be preferred.
• Age Limit: Not more than 50 years.

• Eligibility: Candidate should be retired from Defence Public Sector Undertaking under Ministry of Defence. Should have held E-3 level or above position at the time of retirement.
• Age Limit: Not more than 65 years.

Selection Process

The selection process will be decided by Gliders India Limited and may include shortlisting based on qualifications and experience, followed by a written test and/or interview. Final selection will be based on the performance in these stages.

Contract Period
