How to Apply

1. Visit the OJAS Portal: Open your web browser and go to the official OJAS (Online Job Application System) website: ojas.gujarat.gov.in.
2. Find the Advertisement: On the OJAS homepage, look for the "Online Application" or "Apply Online" section. Navigate to the GSSSB advertisements and find Advertisement No. 442/202627 for Junior Industrial Inspector, Class-3.
3. Read Instructions: Before proceeding, click on the advertisement link and thoroughly read all the instructions, eligibility criteria, and important dates mentioned.
4. Register/Login: If you are a new user, you may need to register first to create a profile. If you are an existing user, log in using your credentials.
5. Fill the Application Form: Carefully fill in all the required personal details, educational qualifications, disability details, contact information, and other relevant data in the online application form. Ensure accuracy, as incorrect information can lead to rejection.
6. Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of your passport-sized photograph and signature as per the specified dimensions and file size. Ensure the images are clear and meet the guidelines. You may also need to upload your disability certificate and other relevant documents at this stage or later.
7. Review Application: Before final submission, review your entire application form. Check for any errors in spelling, dates, percentages, and ensure all fields are correctly filled. Pay special attention to your disability group selection.
8. Generate Confirmation Number: After reviewing, submit the application. A unique confirmation number will be generated. Make a note of this number, as it is crucial for fee payment and future correspondence.
9. Pay Application Fee: Click on the "Pay Fee" option. Select your category (Unreserved or Reserved) and proceed to pay the application fee (₹500/- for Unreserved, ₹400/- for Reserved categories). You can pay online using a Debit Card, Internet Banking, UPI, or Wallets. Remember to pay the fee by 06 August 2026, 11:59 PM.
10. Print Application Form: After successful fee payment, take a printout of your submitted application form and the fee receipt. Keep these safe for your records and future reference, especially for document verification.
