The salary structure for the Multi Purpose Health Worker (Male) post follows a fixed pay model for the initial years, transitioning to a regular pay scale under the 7th Pay Commission.

Understanding the Salary Structure:

• Initial Fixed Pay: For the first five years of service, selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly pay of ₹26,000. This is a consolidated amount and typically does not include additional allowances during this probationary period.
• Regular Appointment and 7th Pay Commission: After successfully completing five years of service, candidates will be eligible for regular appointment. At this stage, they will be placed in the 7th Pay Commission pay scale, specifically Level-2, which ranges from ₹19,900 to ₹63,200. This regular appointment means you will then be entitled to various allowances (such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, etc.) as applicable to Gujarat Government employees, in addition to your basic pay. It's important to note that this regular appointment is subject to the outcome of specific SLP cases pending before the Supreme Court, as mentioned in the official notification.
