Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following educational qualifications for the respective posts:

| Para Fitter | Matriculation (10th) with an ITI certificate in the trade of Fitter/Plumber from a recognized ITI/Institute, OR Matriculation (10th) with a certificate in the above trade under the Skill Development Scheme of the Government. |
| Multipurpose Worker | Middle pass and its equivalent from a school duly recognized by the State Government. Candidates must attach a detailed marks sheet of Middle Standard (or a marks certificate from the school Principal if the board did not issue one); shortlisting is based only on Middle Standard marks. |

For Para Pump Operator & Para Fitter (out of 10 marks):- Percentage of marks in Matriculation (calculated out of 5)
- BPL family status (as per prescribed annual income)
- Relevant experience with JSV/HPPWD/CPPWD/PSUs or an outsourcing agency serving HP Jal Shakti Vibhag (0.5 marks per completed 6 months)
- Skill test and physical test (2 marks)
- Percentage of marks in Middle Standard (calculated out of 6)
- Minimum 6 months' experience in HP Govt./Semi-Govt. organization or an outsourcing agency serving HP Jal Shakti Vibhag (0.5 marks per completed 6 months)
- Physical test
Experience certificates will be verified. No TA/DA will be paid for the skill or physical test.
