- Senior Research Fellow (SRF): Maximum 35 years for men and 40 years for women.
- Young Professional-II (YP-II): 21 to 45 years.
- Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD will be as per government rules. Specifically, 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC for YP-II.
