This role involves developing machine learning models for enzyme engineering, automating computational workflows, integrating Design-Build-Test-Learn cycles, and managing databases and tools.

The selected candidate will lead the engineering and optimization of enzymes, execute lab workflows, track results, and prepare progress reports.

This position will provide technical assistance to the Research Associate in enzyme engineering, including constructing, expressing, and screening enzyme variants, and developing high-throughput screening assays.

Eligibility Criteria

• PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Systems Biology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or equivalent.
