Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the specific educational qualifications, experience, and age limits for each post as of 01st January 2026.

• Data Entry Operator:
  • Graduation or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • Typing speed of 30 words per minute in English.
  • Desirable: Basic knowledge of computers and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word etc.
• Salespersons:
  • 12th Pass.
  • 2 years' experience in Sales/Retail.
• Attendant:
  • 8th Pass.
  • Experience: Nil.

The age limit for candidates is calculated as of 01st January 2026:

• Data Entry Operator: 21 to 42 Years
• Salespersons: 21 to 40 Years
• Attendant: 21 to 45 Years

Application Fee

All applicants must pay a one-time registration (OTR) fee of Rs. 590/-. This fee is non-refundable.

• The OTR fee must be paid online on the ICSIL website.
• It is advised to make the payment at least one day before your scheduled walk-in interview date. ICSIL will not be responsible for late receipt or update of the OTR fee.
• Only candidates who have registered online and paid the OTR fee will be allowed to appear for the walk-in interview.

Salary Details

Selected candidates will receive wages on a per-day basis, as per the minimum wages notified by the Labour Department, GNCT of Delhi:

• Data Entry Operator: Rs. 937/- per day
• Salespersons: Rs. 862/- per day
• Attendant: Rs. 710/- per day

Selection Process

The selection process for ICSIL contractual posts involves the following stages:

Important Instructions for Applicants

• Fifteen (15) days' salary will be deducted from selected candidates as security, in two parts (50% in the first month and 50% in the second month). This amount will be refunded with saving bank interest after receiving a "No Dues" certificate from the client department and completing contractual liabilities with ICSIL.
