IGNCA is looking to fill one position for the role of Project Manager.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following educational and experience requirements to be considered for the Project Manager post.

Applicants should possess a Postgraduate Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Retail Management, or Art History, Museology, History, Fine Arts, Conservation, Anthropology, or a related field from a recognized University.

The maximum age limit for candidates is 40 years as of 01 April 2026.

A minimum of 5 years of prior work experience is required. This experience should be in programme management, including organizing events, exhibitions, marketing, project design, and outreach activities within the arts and culture sector. Experience can be in an individual capacity or as part of a government or private arts organization.

Additional desirable experience includes working with artisan clusters, NGOs, or government projects. Proficiency in MS Office, basic proposal writing, and event management skills are also beneficial. Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills are essential.

Salary

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 75,000/- per month. This amount is negotiable based on the candidate's experience and suitability for the job.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be based on a Walk-in Interview. Candidates are advised to report for the interview on the specified date and time with all necessary documents.

How to Apply

They are required to bring a filled application form (as provided in the official notification), an updated resume, and self-attested copies of all their testimonials. This includes academic marksheets (from 10th standard onwards) and experience certificates.
