Candidates who have the required qualification and experience but do not hold the specific rating on IGRUA aircraft may still be considered. However, they will need to obtain the necessary aircraft-specific rating and sign a Service Bond with IGRUA as per their terms. Those already type-rated on IGRUA aircraft are exempt from this Service Bond.

Candidates need to have a minimum of 2 years of Aviation Experience.

Desirable Experience:

• 2 years of experience as senior technical staff (e.g., Technician or equivalent).
• Preference will be given to applicants holding a B3 license in addition, on composite and/or all-metal aircraft.

Salary and Benefits

Selected candidates for the Aircraft Maintenance Engineer post will receive a monthly remuneration along with other allowances:

• Monthly Remuneration: ₹91,000/-
• Transport Allowance: ₹1,800/- per month
• Aviation Allowance: ₹300/- per month

Additional Benefits:

• Accommodation within the campus, subject to availability.
• Medical allowance of ₹25,000/- per annum.
• Additional pay for working on Gazetted Holidays and Second Saturdays.
• Productivity Allowance for certification: ₹100/- per hour for Single Engine aircraft and ₹200/- per hour for Multi-engine aircraft.
• Applicable TA/DA for outstation duties.
