Eligibility Criteria

Essential: Graduate / CA / CMA / CFA and CAIIB.

Desirable: 2 years course in MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM (Banking & Finance) or equivalent qualification. Ph.D. in a Banking/Finance related topic.

Essential: Should have held the position of Senior Management Grade (Scale V & above) in a Public Sector Bank/Financial Institution or equivalent position in a Private Sector Bank.

Desirable: Experience as Faculty in a Bank/Financial Institution, International Banking exposure, published articles/books, and computer proficiency for virtual environments are preferred.

The applicant should not be less than 55 years and should not exceed 62 years as on 01.09.2026.

Remuneration

The monthly remuneration is Rs. 1,25,000/- per month, with an annual increment of Rs. 8,000/-. Applicable taxes will be deducted at source.

Additionally, candidates may receive:

• Up to Rs. 40,000/- per month for leased accommodation in Gandhinagar (subject to documents).
• Up to Rs. 30,000/- per month for conveyance charges.

If leased accommodation is not availed, or if the candidate owns accommodation in Gandhinagar, they will receive 15% of the monthly remuneration (i.e., 15% of Rs. 1,25,000/-) towards stay arrangement.

The total eligible remuneration will be paid as a consolidated amount monthly.

The contract period is for 3 years, extendable up to a maximum of 2 more years or up to the age of 65, whichever is earlier, based on performance and institute requirements.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview at the Institute's Corporate Office in Mumbai. Outstation candidates will be reimbursed for economy class airfare (to and fro). The Institute reserves the right to shortlist candidates and cancel the process at any time.
