IIM Amritsar is looking to fill one (01) vacancy for the post of Research Associate.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following educational and age requirements to be eligible for the Research Associate position.

Essential Qualification: Master Degree with significant research experience from a recognized University/Institution.

Desirable Qualification: Masters in Human Resource / Ph.D.

The upper age limit for candidates is not exceeding 40 years as on the closing date of application (02 October 2026). Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India norms.

Salary / Pay Scale

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated remuneration ranging from ₹26,000/- to ₹35,000/- per month.
