Educational Qualification and Experience
Qualification: Candidates must hold a Postgraduate degree or MBA from a recognized institute or university. The degree must be obtained in a regular mode with a minimum of 60% marks.
Experience: A minimum of 05 years of relevant experience is required. Out of this, at least 02 years must be in a managerial capacity. Preference will be given to candidates with prior similar experience in academic institutions or sales experience, especially of services. Higher qualifications with relevant work experience in an academic institute or organization of repute will also be preferred.
Skills: Good command over written and oral communication in English is essential. Proficiency with computers, different operating systems, and MS Office functions is also required.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for the post is 45 years as of the last date for receipt of applications. Age relaxations will be provided to SC/ST/OBC/PwBD category candidates as per Central Government rules, provided they submit the necessary certificates.
Salary / Pay Scale
The selected candidate will receive a monthly consolidated emolument of Rs. 92,000/- plus HRA fixed at Rs. 15,930/-, totaling Rs. 1,07,930/- per month. No extra allowance or remuneration is admissible for any additional work.

Selection Process
