Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following educational qualifications and age limits to be eligible for the Academic Associate positions.

Applicants should possess a Master's Degree/MBA/2 years Post Graduate Diploma in a relevant or allied discipline from a recognized University/Institution. A minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA throughout academic years is required. The qualification must be relevant to the specific academic area for which the application is made.

Candidates pursuing or having completed a Ph.D. in Management or a relevant/allied discipline are also encouraged to apply, provided they meet the prescribed requirements.

Salary and Other Benefits

In addition to the stipend, candidates will receive the following allowances:

• Housing Allowance: ₹8,000/- per month
• Travelling Allowance: ₹2,000/- per month
• Mobile reimbursement: ₹500/- per month

The appointment is for a fixed term, up to two years, and may be extended based on performance and institute requirements, not exceeding four years in total.
