• OR B. Tech / B. E. or equivalent degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or any related stream. This must be in the first division with a valid GATE score or valid UGC/CSIR NET JRF/LS scorecard.
• OR M. Sc. in Physics, Electronics, or any related stream. This must be in the first division with a valid GATE score or valid UGC/CSIR NET JRF/LS scorecard.

The age of the applicant should not exceed 35 years as on the date of the selection process.

Salary / Pay Scale

Selected candidates will receive consolidated emoluments of Rs. 37,000/- per month plus 20% House Rent Allowance (HRA).
