• Option 1: M.E./M.Tech or equivalent in CSE/IT/AI/ECE/EE/allied branches with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.0 CPI (on a 10-point scale) plus GATE/NET qualification.
• Option 2: B.E./B.Tech or equivalent in CSE/IT/AI/ECE/EE/allied branches with a minimum of 75% marks or 7.5 CPI (on a 10-point scale) plus GATE/NET qualification.
• For SRF: The qualification prescribed for JRF plus two years of research experience.

• PhD in CSE/IT/AI/ECE/EE/allied branches with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.0 CPI (on a 10-point scale) plus GATE/NET or equivalent examination qualification.
• Must have at least 1 SCI Journal publication.

Age Limit
