Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following educational and experience requirements to be considered for the Project Attendant position.

Applicants should have one of the following qualifications:

• 12th pass
• 10th pass with 2 years of relevant experience
• 8th pass with 4 years of relevant experience

The job description requires 10-12 years of relevant experience in project administration, coordination, and office support. This includes handling project-related purchases, office supplies, equipment, coordinating with vendors, maintaining records, managing correspondence, and routine administrative work. The role also involves coordinating events, workshops, seminars, meetings, logistics, and hospitality arrangements, along with material/inventory management and HR/manpower support. Preference will be given to candidates with at least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant to a Senior Officer, Project Head, or Senior Management Executive.

Prior work experience in premier institutions such as IITs/IIMs will be preferred.

Salary and Emoluments

The selected candidate will receive a monthly emolument ranging from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 30,000.
