• Minimum 5 years of experience in translation from English to Hindi and vice-versa.
• Experience preferably in Government/Semi-Government/Railway Organization/Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Bodies.

Note: Teaching, training, consultancy, or freelancing experience will not be considered as relevant experience.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for the post of Manager (Rajbhasha) is 37 years as on 01.09.2026. Age relaxations will be applicable as per Government of India guidelines and IRCON's recruitment rules for departmental/contractual employees.

Salary / Pay Scale

The post is for Manager (Rajbhasha) E-3 scale. The compensation package includes Basic Pay, Variable Dearness Allowance (currently @55.7%), House Rent Allowance (depending on place of posting), Allowances (currently @35%), Performance Related Pay (based on performance evaluation), Leave Encashment, Mobile phone expenses, medical facilities, employer's contribution to EPF and Pension Scheme, Gratuity, and other benefits as per company rules.
