Vacancy Details
A single vacancy is available for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under the specified research project.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following educational and qualification requirements to be considered for the JRF position:
- Essential Qualification: Master's degree in Biochemistry / Clinical Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Microbiology with at least 55% marks in the qualifying examination.
- Mandatory Qualification: The candidate must have qualified JRF / NET / GATE / SET or any other equivalent accredited examination, as applicable.
- Desirable Qualification: Preference may be given to candidates with research experience in tissue culture, transfection, or making stable cell lines.
Age Limit

- General/EWS: Maximum 28 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): Up to 31 years
- SC/ST/Differently Abled/Women: Up to 33 years
Monthly Emoluments (Salary)
The selected candidate will receive a monthly fellowship as per the following structure:
- 1st & 2nd Year: Rs. 37,000/- + 9% HRA per month
- 3rd Year: Rs. 42,000/- + 9% HRA per month
Selection Process
The selection process will involve the following steps:
- Shortlisting of eligible candidates based on their applications.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
