Educational Qualification

The minimum educational qualification required is a Post Graduate degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related subject from a university recognized by the government.

In case suitable candidates with the above qualification are not available, candidates with a regular Post Graduate degree from a government-recognized university and 02 years of experience in rural-level and agriculture-related work will be considered. Experience in rural perspective and marketing will be given preference.

Candidates should also be proficient in Hindi and English, have knowledge of the local language, and be skilled in using computers and MS Office, including Hindi and English typing.

Work Experience

A minimum of 01 year of work experience in agriculture and livestock-based livelihood work at the field level is required after obtaining the prescribed educational qualification.

If candidates with the above experience are not found, then 02 years of experience in rural-level and agriculture-related work will be considered for those with a regular Post Graduate degree.

Salary / Pay Scale

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly honorarium of Rs. 30,000/-.

A travel allowance of Rs. 3,000/- will also be provided.

The honorarium will be disbursed from the IFC budget provisioned by the Nodal CLF.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on a walk-in interview. Candidates need to appear for the interview with all required documents on the specified date and time.

The appointment is purely temporary and may be extended for the next year based on project needs and performance evaluation. The decision of the selection committee will be final.

There will be a probation period of at least 01 month. After the probation period, the appointment duration will be extended to 11 months based on work evaluation. Further extension for another year may be granted based on a review of work and achieving a minimum of 75% score in various KPIs.
