- Age Limit: Candidates should be below 39 years of age as of the last date of application.
- Essential Qualification: Post graduation degree or a management degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the respective field.
- Desirable Qualification: Varies by department. Examples include Postgraduate degree in Textile, Law, Marketing, Computer Science/IT/ECE, Mechanical/Chemical/Textile, or General Administration, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Note: Internship training is not considered work experience. Only direct work experience, including fixed-term employment, will be counted.
Salary / Pay Scale
The remuneration for the positions is as follows:
- Advisor: As per Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) guidelines. For retired/voluntarily retired employees, the remuneration will be fixed by deducting the basic pension from the last pay drawn at retirement. No conveyance allowance is admissible except TA/DA for official tours.
- Senior Consultant: Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 40,000 per month, plus Conveyance allowance of Rs. 2,500 to Rs. 3,000 per month, based on qualification and experience.
The engagement is on a fixed remuneration basis for a specified period. Advisors and Senior Consultants are not entitled to any benefits, compensation, absorption, or regularization of service with KVIC.
Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualification and experience. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The final selection will be made based on the qualification, experience, and performance in the interview.
No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
