A total of 09 vacancies are available for the post of Labour Welfare Superintendent.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following educational and age requirements to be eligible for the Labour Welfare Superintendent post.

Essential:

• Graduation Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
• Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Social Work or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relations or Personnel Management or in any other allied subject from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent.

Desirable:

• Degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent.
• Experience in a responsible capacity in Labour Welfare/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management and/or in allied fields.

The maximum age limit for applicants is 30 years.

Relaxation in the age limit is applicable for SC, ST, and OBC candidates (Delhi Only) as per Government Rules.

Remuneration (Salary)

Selected candidates will be paid remuneration as per the 7th CPC (Central Pay Commission).

Pay Scale: Level-7, starting at Rs. 44,900 + Variable DA.

No other benefits applicable to regular MCD employees will be provided.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on merit calculated from the following components:

• Weightage for Secondary Level marks: 20%
• Weightage for Graduate Level marks: 20%
• Weightage for Post Graduate Level marks: 20%
• Interview Marks: 40%

The total marks obtained will determine the merit list.
