Eligibility Criteria

Salary / Pay Scale

The salary for the selected candidates will be as per the pay scale applicable to the posts. As per a notice dated 12 December 2019, a stipend will be paid during the probation period: 70% of the minimum pay in the first year, 80% in the second year, and 90% in the third year. The pay scale is expected to be in the range of Rs. 19,500 to Rs. 1,14,800 per month, depending on the specific post and government regulations.

Selection Process

The selection process will consist of two main stages:

1. First Stage: Written Examination
   • This will be an online Computer Based Test (CBT) with Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
   • The exam duration will be 2 hours, with 100 questions carrying a total of 100 marks.
   • There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers.
   • The syllabus includes General Knowledge & Logical Reasoning (40 marks), Intellectual Ability & Mental Aptitude (30 marks), and Science & Simple Arithmetic (30 marks).
   • Based on the written exam results, approximately seven times the number of advertised vacancies will be shortlisted for the next stage.
2. Second Stage: Document Verification and Practical Examination
