Vacancy Details

Munitions India Limited is looking to fill one (01) vacancy for the post of Director, DPSU Coordination Cell (DCC).

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following educational and experience requirements:

• Essential: Graduate Degree in Engineering/Technology/Science or an equivalent discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
• Desirable: Postgraduate or higher degree in Engineering/Technology/Science.

• Persons retired from any DPSU at Pay Scale of E-8/E-9 or equivalent Central Government Pay Level of Level 14 and above.
• OR equivalent grade Professors/Scientists retired from IITs, CSIR, DRDO, ISRO, etc.
• OR any other officers retired from analogous posts of Central Government at Pay Level of Level 14 and above.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant operational, technical, and managerial experience in Defence Production, Research & Development (R&D), or Technology Management, especially in the field of high energy materials, ordnance, and explosives, or experience in research/publications related to defence technology.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for applicants is 65 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.

Tenure and Age Limit

The engagement will be purely on a contractual basis initially for a period of 2 years. This can be extended up to a maximum of 5 years or until the candidate attains 67 years of age, whichever is earlier.

Salary / Pay Scale

A fixed consolidated remuneration of ₹ 1,30,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Thirty Thousand Only) per month will be paid. This amount will remain unchanged for the entire contract term.

Selection Process

MIL will form a Selection Committee to scrutinize applications and shortlist candidates based on merit. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The ratio of vacancies to eligible candidates called for interview will be 1:3.
