Selection Process

Selection will be based purely on merit, determined by the length of continuous service rendered in the qualifying employment category with MCC. There will be no written examination or interview.

• If two or more candidates have the same service length, the older candidate (by date of birth) will be given preference.
• If both service length and date of birth are identical, selection will be decided by lottery.

A provisional selection list will be published, followed by a period for objections and representations, before a final list is approved by the Selection & Direct Recruitment Authority-cum-Commissioner, MCC.
