Eligibility Criteria for Deputation
Applications are invited from officers working under the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories, autonomous bodies, or statutory bodies. Candidates must meet the specific eligibility criteria for each post, which generally involves holding analogous posts on a regular basis or having a certain number of years of service in a lower grade.
General Deputation Requirements:- Officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis in their Parent Cadre.
- OR Officers with a specified number of years of regular service in a lower pay level/grade, as detailed for each post.
- Assistant Legal Aid Advisor: Bachelor's Degree in Law with 3 years of experience in legal matters OR Master's Degree in Law with 1 year of experience in legal matters.
- Accounts Officer: Holding analogous post in organised Accounts/Audit Cadre in Level-10 OR 5 years regular service in Level-8. Must have passed Subordinate Accounts/Audit Service or equivalent.
- Superintendent (Legal): Bachelor's Degree in Law with 3 years of experience in legal matters.
- Superintendent (IT): Bachelor of Science or Engineering or Technology in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Communication, Electrical, Computer Applications, or Bachelor of Computer Applications. Must have 2 years overall experience, with at least 1 year in information security or cyber security.
- Assistant Accounts Officer: Professional qualification of Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance) OR Passed SAS / equivalent examination OR at least 5 years of experience in handling accounts related work.
- Assistant Section Officer: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Assistant (Legal): Bachelor's Degree in Law with 3 years of experience in legal matters.
- Senior Secretariat Assistant: Not specified in the official notification.
