NEPA Limited is looking to fill 02 vacancies for the post of Senior Shift Incharge in the Paper Machine Department.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following educational and experience requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Graduation in Science. A degree in Pulp & Paper Technology is preferred.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 05 years of experience in high-speed paper machine operations for candidates with a graduation in Pulp & Paper Technology.
  • Minimum 07 years of experience in high-speed paper machine operations for candidates with a graduation in Science.
  • At least two years of experience as a Shift In-charge at Paper machines is required for both categories.
• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years as on 14.09.2026.

Relaxations in age limit and experience will be provided to SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-servicemen candidates as per Government Directives. OBC candidates belonging to the "Creamy Layer" are not eligible for relaxation and must apply as Unreserved (UR)/General.

Salary / Pay Scale

Selected candidates will receive a remuneration of Rs. 55,000/- per month, which is all-inclusive and negotiable.

Selection Process

The selection process will involve an interview of shortlisted candidates. The interview may be conducted online or physically. Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee an interview call. NEPA Limited reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards to limit the number of candidates called for the interview. The company's decision in this regard will be final.
