• Lab Technician: Intermediate, DMLT or B.Sc.(LT) from recognized institutions, and must be registered with the Para Medical board.
• MLHP: Medical Officers-MBBS (1st Preference to MBBS then BAMS and finally B.Sc Nursing from 2020 onwards). MBBS Registered with TG Medical council. BAMS Registered with Board of Indian Medicine. Staff Nurse (with B.Sc (Nursing) who have graduated from the academic year 2020 onwards) B.Sc(Nursing) Registered with the Nursing Council for TG. Staff Nurse (Staff Nurse with B.Sc (Nursing) who have graduated before the academic year 2020) B.Sc (Nursing) Registered with the Nursing Council for TG. Should have completed 6 months bridge programme in Community Health (CPCH). Staff Nurse (GNM) GNM Registered with the Nursing Council for TG. Should have completed 6 months bridge programme in Community Health (CPCH).
• Physician-MBBS/MD: MBBS/Post-graduate degree like MD (General Medicine) or Equivalent qualification recognized by the Medical Council of India/National Medical Commission and registered with T.G Medical Council.
• Staff Nurse: GNM (OR) B.Sc (Nursing). Registered with TG Nursing Council.
• Physiotherapist: Bachelors Degree in Physiotherapy from any recognized university in India and Registered with TG Para Medical Board.
• DEIC Manager: Masters in Disability Rehabilitation Administration (MDRA) Approved by Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). Basic Qualification in BPT (Bachelor in Physiotherapy), BOT (Bachelor in Prosthetic And Orthotics) B. Sc Nursing and Other RCI recognized degrees. OR A post graduate degree / diploma in Hospital/Health management/MPH from a recognized/reputed Institution with 1 year relevant experience for diploma holders. OR An MBA degree from a recognized institution with 2 years experience in hospital / health programmers. OR A master in Public health from a recognized University.
• Pediatrician: MBBS. MD (Paed) if not available, then Diploma in Child Health(DCH). Registered with Telangana state Medical Council Under Medical Council of India Act.
• Pharmacist: SSC. Diploma in Pharmacy. Registered with Pharmacy Council.
• Radiographer: Certificate of Radiology Assistant (CRA) (OR) Recognized Diploma/Degree in Radiography. Registered with the Telangana Paramedical Board.

The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 44 years as per Telangana State and Subordinate Service Rules 1996. Age relaxations are applicable for reserved categories:

• SC/ST/BC's & EWS: 5 Years relaxation, maximum age 49 years.
• Physically Handicapped persons: 10 Years relaxation, maximum age 54 years.
• Ex-Service men: 3 Years relaxation, maximum age 47 years.
• NCC relaxation (3 years) and length of service: 3 Years relaxation, maximum age 47 years.

Application Fee

Candidates are required to pay an application fee:

• General Candidates: ₹300/-
• SC/ST Candidates: ₹200/-

The fee must be paid in the form of a Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favor of the Administrative Officer, O/o DM&HO, MBNR.

Salary / Pay Scale

The remuneration for the posts is as follows:

• Lab Technician: ₹27,300/- per month
• MLHP: ₹40,000/- or ₹29,900/- per month (depending on the program unit)
• Physician-MBBS/MD: ₹52,000/- or ₹72,850/- per month
• Staff Nurse: ₹29,900/- per month
• Physiotherapist: ₹33,750/- per month
• DEIC Manager: ₹42,300/- per month
• Pediatrician: ₹1,00,000/- per month
• Pharmacist: ₹27,300/- per month
• Radiographer: ₹22,750/- per month

Selection Process

Selection will be based on merit. The total marks for selection will be 100, distributed as follows:

• 90 marks: Based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
• 10 marks: Awarded for age (0.5 marks for each completed year from 18 years of age, maximum 10 marks).

A merit list will be prepared and displayed on the official website of the District Collector for transparency and to invite objections. The final selection list will be prepared from the finalized merit list, following the rule of reservation and roster as per Government Orders.
