Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following educational and experience requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Post-graduation or higher qualification in Public Health, Community Health, Preventive & Social Medicine, or Administration.
- Experience: At least 2 years of post-qualification work experience in Health Systems Research or in Planning and implementation of service delivery.
- Computer Proficiency: High level of familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web surfing for data search.
- Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical and interpersonal abilities. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Working knowledge of Hindi is also desirable. Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.

Salary / Pay Scale
The remuneration will be in the range of Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 1,20,000/- per month. The exact fee offered will be commensurate with the candidate's qualification and experience.

- If a written test is included in the recruitment process, a minimum qualifying mark of 70% will be required.
- If the number of qualifying candidates is high, a ratio of 1:5 will be adopted for each vacancy, considering the top 5 candidates.
