Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following conditions to be eligible for the Naib Court positions:
Educational Qualification- Candidates must be 12th Pass from a recognized board.
- The age of the applicant must be below 65 years.
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in handling the work of Naib Court is required.
- Only Retired Head Constable/ASI from Central Police Organizations (such as CBI, NCB, ED, etc.) and State Police forces are eligible to apply.
Salary / Remuneration
The remuneration for the Naib Court position will be fixed as per MHA OM dated 09.12.2020. It will be calculated by deducting the basic pension from the last pay drawn at the time of retirement (Last Pay Drawn - Basic Pension = Remuneration).
Additionally, a fixed amount as Transport Allowance will be provided for commuting, not exceeding the rate applicable to the appointee at the time of retirement. This amount will remain unchanged during the engagement period. TA/DA will be allowed for official tours as per entitlement at the time of retirement.
No House Rent Allowance (HRA), medical assistance, LTC, or other similar facilities/allowances will be admissible.
