Preparing all necessary documents in advance is crucial for a smooth application process, especially since a hard copy submission is required. Ensure you have both original documents for verification and scanned copies for online submission, as well as photocopies for the hard copy application.

• Recent Passport-sized Photograph: A clear, recent photograph, usually with a light background. Ensure it meets the specified dimensions and file size for online upload.
• Signature: A clear scan of your signature, typically on white paper with black ink.
• Identity Proof: A valid government-issued ID such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Driving License.
• Educational Certificates:
  • ITI Mark Sheets and Certificate (for ITI/Trade Apprentices)
  • Diploma Mark Sheets (all semesters) and Provisional/Degree Certificate (for Diploma/Technician Apprentices)
  • B.E./B.Tech. Mark Sheets (all semesters) and Provisional/Degree Certificate (for Graduate Engineering Apprentices)
  • B.Com/BBA Mark Sheets (all semesters) and Provisional/Degree Certificate (for Graduate Non-Engineering Apprentices)
  • Proof of passing the qualifying examination in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026.
• Category Certificate: If you belong to SC, ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), EWS, or PwBD categories, you must provide a valid certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format.
• Domicile Certificate: As only Rajasthan natives are eligible, a valid Domicile Certificate issued by the competent authority of Rajasthan is mandatory.
• Proof of Date of Birth: Usually your 10th class mark sheet or birth certificate.
• Apprenticeship Registration Proof: Proof of registration on the NATS (for Diploma/Graduate) or NAPS (for ITI) portal.
• Wards of Project Affected Persons (PAP) / Wards of Employees Certificate: If applying under these reserved categories, relevant certificates issued by the competent authority.
