For Stenographer Grade-III: Must possess a minimum speed of 80 words in shorthand and 40 words in English Type Writing per minute. There should not be any criminal proceeding pending against him/her. Government servants (temporary or permanent) are eligible to apply, provided they possess requisite qualifications and age-limit, and must obtain a "No Objection Certificate" from their respective Heads of Office.
