Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following educational and skill requirements to be eligible for the Ayushman Mitra position:

• Completed Graduation from a Recognized University.
• Completed the Ayushman Mitra Training Course and passed the respective course exam/certification.
• Possess fluent communication skills in Hindi/English and the local language of the State/region.
• Have adequate functional computer literacy, including understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and navigating through Internet Portals.
• Proficient in computer typing with a speed of 30 words per minute in English and 25 words per minute in Hindi.

Preference will be given to female candidates and qualified ASHA workers.
