Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the specified educational qualifications and experience requirements for each post. The period of training, internship, teaching, academic, fellowship, or PhD research experience will not be counted towards the required experience.

• Individual Consultant: Senior Resident Engineer / S&T: Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent. Preferred: Degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering.
• Individual Consultant: QS and Billing Engineer: Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent. Preferred: Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Individual Consultant: Drawing & Design Engineer / S&T: Diploma in Electronics and Communication / Electronics / Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent. Preferred: Degree in Electronics and Communication / Electronics / Electrical Engineering.

• Individual Consultant: Senior Resident Engineer / S&T: Total experience of 10 years after Diploma / 07 years after Degree in Infrastructure Projects of Railway Signalling. Specific experience in Project Management, Construction Agency, Signalling Contractors, or railway departments is detailed in the notification.
• Individual Consultant: QS and Billing Engineer: Total experience of 07 years after Diploma / 04 years after Degree. Relevant experience of at least 2 years after degree / 4 years after diploma in preparing estimates, billing, and cost control of Railway Infrastructure projects.
• Individual Consultant: Drawing & Design Engineer / S&T: Total experience of 07 years after Diploma / 04 Years after Graduation in designing Railway Signalling work. Specific experience in Project Management, OEMs, or railway design departments is detailed in the notification.

Age Limit

The age limit for all Individual Consultant positions is not exceeding 63 years as on the last date of application submission.

Application Fee

The application fee for all categories of posts is NIL.

Salary / Pay Scale

The monthly remuneration for the Individual Consultants is as follows:

• Individual Consultant: Senior Resident Engineer / S&T: Rs. 70,000/- Per Month
• Individual Consultant: QS and Billing Engineer: Rs. 55,000/- Per Month
• Individual Consultant: Drawing & Design Engineer / S&T: Rs. 55,000/- Per Month

Remuneration may be reviewed annually based on client fee escalation.

Selection Process

The selection process involves the following stages:
