- VC No. YP/20-R2/25: Individual Consultant: Construction Manager (Civil) - 01 Post (Location: Across Assam)
- VC No. YP/21-R2/25: Individual Consultant: Field Engineer (Civil) - 01 Post (Location: Across Assam)
- VC No. YP/22-R2/25: Individual Consultant: Construction Supervisor (Civil) - 01 Post (Location: Across Assam)
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the specific educational qualifications and post-qualification experience requirements for each post. Age limits also apply.
Educational Qualification and Experience- Individual Consultant: ICT Engineer 1: Hospital Management System (National):
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in Engineering / Computer Science.
- Experience: Not less than 5 years of professional experience. Minimum one project in Hospital Management Information System. Knowledge and experience of latest hospital software, databases, front ends, and cloud systems. Good command in English. Knowledge of Assamese language is preferred.
- Individual Consultant: Construction Manager (Civil):
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Minimum Post Qualification Work Experience: 15 years in high-rise building construction. Preference for candidates with direct site experience in hospital building / high-rise building projects as Project Manager or Construction Manager. Working knowledge of English and Hindi.
- Individual Consultant: Field Engineer (Civil):
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum Post Qualification Work Experience:
- For Degree Holder: 12 years in high-rise building construction.
- For Diploma Holder: 15 years in high-rise building construction.
- Working knowledge of English and Hindi.
- Individual Consultant: Construction Supervisor (Civil):
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum Post Qualification Work Experience:
- For Degree Holder: 10 years in high-rise building construction.
- For Diploma Holder: 12 years in high-rise building construction.
- Working knowledge in English and Hindi.
Note: Training/internship/teaching/academic/fellowship/PhD research experience will not be counted as experience.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for all Individual Consultant positions is not exceeding 62 years as on the last date of application submission.
Application Fee
The application fee for all categories of posts is NIL.
Salary / Pay Scale
The remuneration for the Individual Consultants is as follows:
- Individual Consultant: ICT Engineer 1: Hospital Management System (National): Rs. 7,560/- per day.
- Individual Consultant: Construction Manager (Civil): Rs. 1,30,000/- per month.
- Individual Consultant: Field Engineer (Civil): Rs. 90,000/- per month.
- Individual Consultant: Construction Supervisor (Civil): Rs. 60,000/- per month.
Remuneration may be reviewed annually based on client's fee escalation. The tenure of engagement is initially 12 months, extendable based on performance and project requirements.
Selection Process
The selection process involves the following stages:
- Document Scrutiny/Verification: Candidates who submit their online application will be provisionally allowed to appear for document scrutiny to verify their eligibility.
- Personal Interview: Candidates will be evaluated based on technical skills, subject knowledge, experience, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Candidates must produce original documents along with photocopies for verification. Based on eligibility, candidates will be shortlisted for the interview.
