Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following educational and age requirements to be eligible for the Medical Officer post.
Educational QualificationEssential Qualification: MBBS degree with a valid registration from the respective state Medical Council or the National Medical Commission (NMC).
Desirable Qualification: Work experience in HIV/AIDS programs in field settings. Candidates with MD Medicine or Diploma in Medicine will be preferred. Post Graduates from clinical disciplines will also be considered. Good working knowledge of computers and MS Office is also desirable.
Age LimitThe age limit for candidates is between 21 years to 62 years as of 08 May 2026.
Salary
Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 72,000/-. The contract extension and annual increment are applicable, subject to successful completion of one year of service.
Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted based on their applications. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a walk-in interview. The interview will be held at the Chief Medical Superintendent's Office, Administrative Building, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.
