Eligibility Criteria

This recruitment is open on a deputation basis. Applicants must be serving officers/officials from Central/State Government, Central/State Autonomous Bodies, or Public Sector Undertakings.

• Holding an analogous post on a regular basis; OR
• Possessing five years of regular service in a post in Pay Level-7/8 of the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) with a minimum of three (03) years of experience in finance, budgeting, and accounts. A combined experience of 5 years in Level-7 and Level-8 will be considered.

• Holding an analogous post on a regular basis; OR
• Possessing five years of regular service in a post in Pay Level-4 of the 7th CPC or equivalent, with a minimum of five (05) years of experience in Office Administration, collection of data for agribusiness projects, and a working knowledge of computer applications/technology.

Age Limit and Relaxation

The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date for receipt of applications. The period of deputation is for three (3) years, including any short-term contract period.

Salary and Pay Scale

The pay of selected officers on deputation will be regulated as per DOPT's O.M. No.6/8/2009-Estt. (Pay.II), dated 17.06.2010, as amended from time to time.

Application Procedure

2. Attach attested photocopies of your Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) for the last five years (2019-20 to 2023-24). These APARs must be attested by a Competent Authority not below the rank of Under Secretary to the Government of India of your organization.
3. Include a Vigilance clearance/Integrity Certificate/cadre clearance certificate.
4. Provide a statement detailing any major or minor penalties imposed on you during the last 10 years.
5. Superscribe the envelope clearly with "Application for the post of ______ in SFAC".
