Eligibility Criteria

• Technical Skills: Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders including financial institutions, government agencies, consultants, development partners, and international funding agencies. Experience in implementation, monitoring, reporting, capacity building, and management of donor-funded or multi-stakeholder programs will be preferred. Familiarity with Environmental and Social Safeguards (ESS), climate change initiatives, adaptation and mitigation projects, and monitoring frameworks is desirable.
• Behavioural Competencies: Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills. Customer and stakeholder focus. Problem-solving and structuring abilities.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint Presentation, MS Teams, and other relevant digital tools.
