Salary / Pay Scale

During the probation period of 18 months, Clerks will be paid a stipend of Rs. 18,000/- per month.

After successful completion of the probation period, Clerks will be placed in the Bank's regular Clerk grade and will receive emoluments as per the bank's pay scale.

Selection Process

The selection for the Clerk post will be based on an Online Examination and a Personal Interview.

The Online Examination will be conducted in English and Marathi languages.

Candidates need to score a minimum of 50% (45 marks) in the Online Examination to be shortlisted for the Personal Interview. The Bank reserves the right to change this cut-off mark.

Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview based on their performance in the Online Examination and verification of submitted documents.

A final merit list will be prepared based on scores from both the Online Examination and the Interview.
