Documents Required

When applying for government jobs, having all necessary documents ready is crucial for a smooth application process. While the official notification does not list specific documents to be uploaded, based on standard government recruitment practices, candidates should prepare the following:

• Recent Passport-sized Photograph: A clear, recent photograph with a light background. Ensure it meets the specified dimensions and file size for online upload.
• Scanned Signature: Your signature on a white paper with black ink. This also needs to meet specific size and dimension requirements.
• Educational Qualification Certificates: Mark sheets and certificates for 10th, 12th, Graduation, Post-Graduation, Ph.D., or any other qualification as required for the specific post. This includes provisional certificates if original degrees are not yet issued.
• Identity Proof: A valid government-issued ID such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License.
• Date of Birth Proof: Usually, the 10th class mark sheet or certificate serves as proof of date of birth.
• Category Certificate (if applicable): SC/ST/OBC/EWS certificate issued by the competent authority, if you are applying under a reserved category. Ensure the certificate is in the prescribed format and issued before the cutoff date.
• Disability Certificate (if applicable): For Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), issued by the competent medical authority.
• Experience Certificates (if applicable): Relevant work experience certificates from previous employers, clearly stating the period of employment and nature of duties. This is particularly important for posts requiring specific years of experience, like Director or Subject Matter Specialist.
• No Objection Certificate (NOC): If currently employed in a government/semi-government department or PSU, an NOC from your current employer might be required at the time of interview or document verification.
• Hard Copy of Application: After online submission, a printout of the filled application form, along with self-attested copies of all supporting documents, must be sent by registered post.
