Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have completed graduation from a recognised University/Institute/College.
• They must possess Mark Sheets and Provisional/Final Degree Certificate for their graduation issued on or after 01.04.2022.

A candidate must be either:

• A Citizen of India, or
• A subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or
• A Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
• A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries (Kenya, Uganda, United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia) and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India. For categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v), a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India is required.
