Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the District Resource Person post, candidates must meet the following educational and experience requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed MA Sociology or MSW.
• Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in preschool education, child learning, teaching (for junior primary school children), or service with voluntary organizations.
• Other Skills: Proficiency in computer operations (Kannada and English software), ability to work in field visits to Anganwadi centers, good communication skills in Kannada, English, and local languages.

Age Limit

Salary / Pay Scale

Selected candidates will receive a monthly honorarium of Rs. 35,000/- (Rupees Thirty-Five Thousand only).

Selection Process
